Our History and Expansion
Established in 1993 as Kozak Tile & Carpentry, Inc in Glenwood Springs, CO, Kozak Construction is renowned for its commitment to quality and integrity. Over the years, we have expanded our footprint, serving Garfield County, Summit County, and Denver, Colorado, before relocating to Texas near San Antonio in 2023 to be closer to family. We are now serving San Antonio, New Braunfels, Sequin, Cibolo, Schertz, Marion and surrounding areas.
Meet the Owner
Robert K., founder of Kozak Construction, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to every project. Originally from Poland, Robert's journey began with carpentry and basic electrical and plumbing training. His ethos, "Do It Right the First Time," underscores our commitment to excellence. Robert instills the same work ethic in his children, who have excelled in their respective fields. Committed to treating clients' homes with the utmost care, Robert takes pride in creating spaces that endure the test of time.
EXECUTIVE MANAGER, MARIA KOZAK
Maria works diligently behind-the-scenes. She professionally communicates with and handles contracts for projects both big and small, ensuring every project gets off to a great start. She consults with clients on their design choices and material recommendations.
MASTER CRAFTSMAN, YANEK KOZAK
Yanek has strong work ethic, great customer service skills, and an attention to detail that is unrivaled. In 2023 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lincoln College of Technology and now holds a certificate of welding and metal fabrication.
