Is Kozak Construction Fully Insured And Bonded?

We are fully insured and are registered as a Residential Contractor in Texas, working mainly in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Seguin, Cibolo Schertz, San Marcos, Marion and the surrounding areas.

I Am Overwhelmed With the Amount of Choices in Materials Like Tile, Stones... Can You Help Me With the Design?

Yes, we help our clients by making suggestions, visiting companies that sell quartz, granite, flooring and other materials, and bringing samples to help you narrow the selections that will work at your home. We are also, at times, able to get discounts with some vendors we work with, and will pass the savings on to you.

What Are Your Prices?

We do not have set prices. We believe that each customer and their home should be approached based on their needs. Our unique approach starts at the beginning - inspecting the project, budgeting for possible problems, and discussing possible solutions with our customers. In the end, if we finish a job under the quoted amount, we pass on the savings to our customer.
